Wendy Troupe, Founder & CEO

During her 19-year career at Fidelity Investments, Troupe played strategic roles designing, developing and executing new technologies for six major subsidiaries, including Fidelity NetBenefits, Fidelity Retail Services and Fidelity.com.  Her diverse talents as software architect, web marketer and usability designer, combined with her creative instincts, yielded patented, industry-leading solutions.

Most notably, Troupe was a founding member of Fidelity Strategic Advisers, responsible for developing portfolio management, quantitative analysis and mutual-fund analyst systems. She was also responsible for developing eCommerce platforms for companies such The Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center, Sebastians Catering and Boston Wine Expo through Fidelity Investments subsidiary Devonshire Investments.

Faiz Melhem, VP Analytics


Faiz Melhem has almost 15 years experience in the field of quantitative analysis in the financial industry. He has worked for a number of large Boston-based investment firms including Thomson Financial and Fidelity Investments, where he has designed and built global stock and fund selection models and industry timing models. His experience also includes performance measurement and attribution, risk analysis, and team-managed equity portfolio management.

Prior to the investment industry, Faiz designed and developed computer operating systems and network capacity planning tools. Based on queueing theory, these included performance measurement and prediction and traffic characteristic analysis.

Faiz began his career as a structural engineer, designing steel and concrete buildings.

Faiz holds a B.S. magna cum laude, in Civil Engineering with a minor in Mathematics, from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Computer Science from Boston University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has recently successfully completed the Financial Risk Manager examination (with FRM designation).

Depankar Neogi, Acting Chief Technology Officer

As co-founder of Copanion, a leading innovator in document automation, Neogi led engineering, software development and operations.  He also led technology development, operations and marketing for three successful startups: Winphoria (acquired by Motorola), WebSpective (acquired by Inktomi, now Yahoo!) and Boston Technology (acquired by Comverse Networks).  At Arthur D. Little he led business strategy and technology management, advising on a wide range of critical and complex issues faced by technology companies.  Neogi holds six U.S. and international patents and has eight patents pending.

Neogi graduated with high honors from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India.  He holds an MBA from Columbia University and a PhD in engineering from the University of Massachusetts.

Barbara Mangini, VP Creative

Mangini specializes in brand development, from creative direction to conceptual development, visuals, Internet and social media strategies and more.  Her highly targeted programs have helped companies realize benefits such as significantly increased sales, savings on media buys and a far higher number of Internet page views.

Mangini has won a number of awards for her creative direction in publishing and as the director of all creative and advertising at HomePortfolio Inc. She currently works with a roster of clients including William Arthur and Vera Wang Fine Papers. At Horticulture magazine she spearheaded an effort that resulted in $3.2 million in sales and the most successful advertising period in the magazine's 95-year history.
